Namcheon Mosori in Namcheondong, Busan grills specialty pork cuts such as gaorisal, mosorisal, gumeongsal, and pork skin instead of samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar. The meat has a chewy, fatty texture and is eaten with cabbage geotjeori mixed with egg yolk and meljeot. The seats fill quickly, and a waiting line forms outside. Waits can be long, and garomaksal may sell out if ordered late.
