Myeongpum Makchang

Myeongpum Makchang is a restaurant in Busan that serves Daegu-style makchang (beef abomasum). The makchang is boiled, briefly grilled, then finished over the grill until crisp. The makchang is not tough and has no gamy smell. A three-person set also includes rice cakes, pork skin, lungs, and heart.
