Gimmyeonjang

Kim Myeonjang is a gimbap shop in Busan that serves large gimbap and noodles. The gimbap includes Kim Myeonjang gimbap, tangsuyuk gimbap, and avocado gimbap, all rolled with generous fillings. A single roll is larger than two typical rolls, and the inside holds more filling than rice. It is difficult to eat in one bite, and plastic gloves suit it better than chopsticks.
