Narikura is a tonkatsu restaurant about a three-minute walk from Takadanobaba Station. It fries soft rosu and hire in a thin, pale batter at low temperature. You write your name, pay a deposit, return at the time you are given, and order your meal in advance. In the evening, waiting to get in takes more than an hour.
