Menson Rage

Menson Rage is a gunshamo ramen shop a five-minute walk from Nishi-Ogikubo Station in Tokyo. Its signature dish is gunshamo soba, made with a clear soy-based broth, gunshamo savoriness, and thin noodles. The shop has been listed in the Michelin Bib Gourmand and the Tabelog Hyakumeiten. Orders are placed by speaking rather than at a ticket machine, and on weekends the wait outside can run about 30 minutes.
