Yugjangjeong

Yukjangjeong is a Korean restaurant in the back alleys of Songnidan-gil in Seoul, serving basic yukgaejang, chadol yukgaejang, and yukgal ramyeon. The yukgal ramyeon contains galbi and ramyeon together, and the chadol yukgaejang contains a lot of chadol. All seats are at a bar surrounding the kitchen, and the open kitchen lets diners watch the cooking. The broth is thick, and its rich flavor is on the mild side.
