Yonggi Susan

Yonggi Susan is a seafood market in Garak Market, Seoul, where you buy hoe (raw fish) and meongge. The premium assorted hoe includes large flounder, large sea bream, salmon, olive flounder, and yellowtail, while the seasonal fish changes daily. You take the hoe and meongge you bought up to a restaurant on the third floor that you are introduced to, and eat them there. The meongge is ordered separately from the hoe.
