Yakisoba Nijumaru is a Japanese restaurant in Songridan-gil, Jamsil, Seoul, that serves yakisoba as its only menu item. It stir-fries house-made noodles on a griddle into salt soba and sauce soba, pairing lemon with the salt version and mayonnaise with the sauce version. Seating is limited to counter seats around the griddle, and on weekdays at opening time you can walk in without a wait. When there is a long wait, eating slowly is difficult.
