Yakiniku Dokusen is a counter-seat yakiniku restaurant in Seoul that grills wagyu, with raw meat as the main focus rather than marinated meat. Marinated chicken neck meat is also on the menu. All seats are at the counter, and when you order, the meat is sliced to order and staff show you how to grill it. Alcohol is on the expensive side.
