Wangsimni Gopchang

Wangsimni Gopchang is a grilled gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Seoul serving vegetable gopchang, makchang (beef abomasum), and sundae gopchang. The salted grilled makchang is served crisp, and steamed egg is also available. The vegetable gopchang has a taste remembered from the past, while the dining room is clean and usually crowded. The sundae gopchang has a pork smell at first.
