Uzumaki

Uzumaki is a neighborhood izakaya in Seoul that serves drinks with anju. In winter it serves yellowtail, and the rest of the year it serves aged hoe, along with assorted tempura. It opened in a spot that used to be a beer bar, and corkage is allowed. The skewers are disappointing.
