Tosirae

Toshirae serves jokbal and bossam near Samhaksa-gil Intersection in Jamsil, Seoul. The menu includes a jokbal set, cold jokbal, and spicy jokbal, with wasabi makguksu, myeongi namul, and hot kongnamul-guk on the side. The jokbal arrives warm and soft, and the cold jokbal contains tangy vegetables. A medium jokbal is small enough that two people finish it with about one palm-sized portion left over.
