Shuya is a cafe in Songridan-gil, Seoul, that sells choux cream bread. After choosing a bread, you pick milk cream or custard cream to be filled inside, and croquant choux is also available. Milk cream and custard cream are both chosen often, and the outside is a biscuit-like crust. The combination with an americano goes well together.
