Suwonjib

Suwonjip is a meat restaurant near the Jangji Station intersection in Munjeong-dong, Seoul, serving charcoal-grilled pork galbi and pork skin. Ordering pork galbi brings pork skin, steamed egg, and doenjang jjigae together, all grilled over charcoal. Tables fill before 6 p.m. on weekdays, and waits are long during meal times and on weekends. The restaurant has a parking lot, and communication with staff is difficult when the shop is crowded.
