Sushi Yatsu

Sushiyatsu is a one-person omakase sushi counter inside the SK Building in Munjeong-dong, Seoul. It serves lunch, sushi, and sashimi courses built around shari and neta, and the amount of rice can be adjusted to order. The shari is flavorful and the neta show aging and umami, with the chef describing each item as it is served. The neta are small and the portions are on the light side.
