Sushi Munjeong is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves omakase. The chef leads the course with explanations of each dish and serves each one with care. The portions are large enough that the omakase alone fills you up, and parking is difficult, so you need to arrive early. Reservations are hard to get.
