Subori Bap

Subori Bap is a restaurant in Songridan-gil in Jamsil and Seokchon that serves barley rice with dishes such as jjukkumi, bossam, and grilled kodari. The barley rice comes with namul and side dishes and is mixed with gochujang or gangdoenjang, and the meal ends with nurungji or sikhye. Bossam is served with mu for wrapping, grilled kodari comes with cheonggukjang, and mackerel jorim can be ordered as an addition. Prices are on the high side.
