Songdot

Songdot is a pork restaurant in the Bangi food alley of Songpa-gu, Seoul. Its signature neobimoksal is cut thin, so it cooks quickly and works well piled on chodae rice. Staff grill the meat once at the start and show customers how to eat it. Even on a weekday evening the wait ran about 30 minutes, and there are cases of an hour-long wait.
