Slow Cali Songridan-gil is a restaurant in a small alley inside the entrance of Songridan-gil, across Seokchon Lake in Songpa District, Seoul. It serves poke and bowls, offering spicy tuna, classic salmon, and steak poke with a choice of brown rice or vegetables, a Korean take on Hawaiian food. You pay in advance at a kiosk near the kitchen, then your order number is called, and you can add sauces such as jalapeño and peperoncino at the self-serve bar. It is not a large street-facing store visible from the main road.
