Silla Shabu Kalguksu

Silla Syabu Kalguksu is a shabu-shabu restaurant in an alley about a five-minute walk from Bangi Station in Seoul. Meat and vegetables are cooked in a spicy mushroom broth, then finished with kalguksu and fried rice. The vegetables and water arrive already boiling, and the lid is lifted only to put in the meat and take it out. The meat is ordered separately.
