Seoho Saeng Galbi

Seoho Saeng Galbi is a meat restaurant near Seokchon Station in Seoul that grills raw galbi over charcoal. In the evening, ordering meat brings out side dishes first, and staff grill and serve the food. On entering, guests are greeted and shown to a table before anything else. Side dishes are set out before the meat is ordered.
