Saetjip Namwon Chueotang is a Korean restaurant in Bangi-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, serving Namwon-style chueotang made with ground loach and ureong chueotang. It also offers chueo mandu and chueo twigim, and side dishes such as crisp pepper geotjeori, cabbage geotjeori, and buchu muchim come with unlimited refills. The restaurant has been open long enough to have regulars who have eaten there for nearly 20 years, and diners add sancho and deulkkae garu at the table themselves. At lunch a wait forms, and when the restaurant is crowded, diners cannot choose between tables and floor seating.
