Levan Rose Restaurant is an Italian restaurant on the eighth floor of a building on Seokchonhosu-ro in Songpa-gu, Seoul, overlooking Seokchon Lake and Lotte World Tower. It serves lobster pasta, truffle pasta, and croissant-dough pizza. Window seats have a 1-hour-50-minute limit, and CatchTable reservations and valet parking are available. The food is ordinary compared to the view.
