Ramen-chan

Ramen-chan is a Japanese ramen restaurant in the basement of Jangmi Shopping Center Building B in Jamsil, Seoul, serving tonkotsu ramen, karaage, and chahan. The pork bone broth is boiled in-house and topped with chashu and egg, and noodle firmness is selected at a kiosk. A self-service bar offers freshly pickled vegetables and pickled ginger, and the fried rice is cooked so the grains stay separate. The basement corridors of Jangmi Shopping Center are complicated, so first-time visitors may have trouble finding it.
