Punjju

Punjoo is on the first floor of the Jipyeong Brewery headquarters in Munjeong-dong, Seoul, and serves a Korean omakase course paired with traditional liquor. The course arrives in sequence with no ordering choices, and ingredients such as monkfish liver, sweet shrimp and uni are plated on made-to-order Korean dishes. The menu changes every three to four months, and staff give an explanation of the course with each dish. The mechanical parking garage is difficult for large vehicles to enter.
