Podaein Daegu Makchang

Podaedae Daegu Makchang is in Songpa-dong, Seoul, and grills pork makchang and gopchang over charcoal. The restaurant serves Daegu-style makjang sauce with the meat and finishes the meal with doenjang somyeon. The pork makchang is cleaned thoroughly, which leaves less odor. Odolppye galbi and galmaegisal can be ordered as well.
