Onsuban

Onsuban Songpa, in Songpa, Seoul, is a Korean restaurant that serves onban and pho made with a meat broth. The broth is rich and clean, recalling gomtang, galbitang, or muguk, and rice or noodles can be added. All seating is at a bar, where the food is prepared in view. In summer the dining area is not cool enough.
