Nopo Sikdang is a daechang (beef large intestine) and gopchang (grilled intestines) rice bowl restaurant at Wirye Jungang Square in Seoul. It serves daechang rice bowls and spicy gopchang ramen with smoky char. Terrace seating is available, and food takes about 30 minutes to arrive after ordering. The teriyaki daechang rice bowl has a strong sweetness and a rich, greasy taste.
