Nokjeong Shabu Shabu Munjeong Branch

Nokjeong Syabeusyabeu Munjeongjeom is a one-person shabu-shabu restaurant in the basement of an office building in Munjeong-dong, Seoul. Each diner cooks eolkeun syabeusyabeu or mara syabeusyabeu in an individual pot, with beef, vegetables, kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), and porridge included. Kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and porridge can be refilled for free as much as you want. Each person orders one pot, while the meat comes in a set portion rather than as an unlimited refill.
