Nangman Sotttukkeong is a meat restaurant in Munjeong-dong, Seoul, that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork jowl, and pork collar. Meat is grilled on a pot lid, and kimchi, bean sprouts, and pickled onion come with it, with fried rice cooked at the end of the meal. Oil splatters heavily while grilling on the pot lid. Service is clumsy and tables are cleared late.
