Munjung Galbitjip Seokchon Lake Branch

Munjeong Galbitjip Seokchonhosu is a Korean barbecue restaurant near Seokchon Lake and Lotte World in Songpa-gu, Seoul. It grills charcoal-baked saeng galbi and yangnyeom galbi, with the saeng galbi eaten with salt and the yangnyeom galbi grilled in a soy sauce marinade. A chef brushes pineapple onto the meat at the table to tenderize it. Kimchi stew, steamed egg, and side dishes are served together.
