Mongdwaeji is a pork restaurant in Seoul that serves samgyeopsal, pork collar, and pork jowl, along with lunch dishes. Whisky is also available alongside the meat. The owner grills the meat for customers and shows them how to eat it. The meat has become more ordinary than it used to be.
