Modern Shabu House

Modern Shabu House Jamsil is a restaurant on the second floor of Sofitel Jamsil that serves shabu-shabu and sukiyaki. Choosing the mushroom broth brings a mushroom cream risotto as the meal's finish, and the central vegetable bar offers unlimited minari, ssukgat, mushrooms, and cabbage. The four-person room looks out on the Lotte Mall garden and part of Seokchon Lake, and reservations are close to mandatory even on weekdays. Prices run high for shabu-shabu.
