Mingchai

Mingchai is a Chinese restaurant near exit 2 of Munjeong Station and the Dongbu District Court in Songpa-gu, Seoul, serving fried rice, jjajangmyeon, and tangsuyuk. The fried rice comes with a soft-fried egg, jjamppong broth, and jjajang sauce, and the handmade gunmandu are filled with dumpling stuffing. The Ming course consists of jellyfish salad, spring rolls, yusanseul, and tangsuyuk with a choice of jjajang or jjamppong, and dishes are stir-fried to order. The jjamppong is lightly seasoned and contains a lot of squid.
