Menya Hokori

Menya Hokori is a ramen shop in Bangi-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, a short walk from Songpanaru Station. It serves Japanese Jiro-style ramen, and the basic Jiro ramen comes with thick noodles, a heavy pork broth, and a large portion of soft chashu. The noodles and broth follow the Japanese Jiro style, while the pork broth is toned down to be less rich than in Japan. The seasoning is strong, so the broth tastes salty.
