Masinneun Kalguksu

Matinneun Kalguksu is a noodle restaurant in Seoul serving myeolchi kalguksu (anchovy knife-cut noodles), dak kalguksu (chicken knife-cut noodles), and chogye noodles. The myeolchi kalguksu has a pronounced anchovy flavor, and the kimchi is made in-house each day to accompany the noodles. You can request extra noodles or rice at no charge, and water is served as gyeolmyeongja tea. The restaurant has few tables, so waits are long during mealtimes.
