Mapojip is a meat restaurant in a residential alley near Samjeon Station in Songpa-gu, Seoul, grilling pork galbi and pork skin over charcoal. The pork galbi uses a sweet-and-salty marinade in the style of the 1990s, and the staff grill the meat at the table, with seonji guk and dongchimi served alongside. The restaurant has operated since the 1990s and has held its spot for 29 years. Seonji guk is served one bowl per person, and the facilities and tableware are old-fashioned.
