Jueun Gamjatang

Jueun Gamjatang is a specialty restaurant serving gamjatang with a clear broth, located a one- to two-minute walk from Exit 1 of Seokchon Gobun Station. The seasoning sauce is served on the side so diners can adjust the saltiness, and the soup is made with domestic pork spine, dried radish greens, and perilla seeds. The two-floor dining room draws a wait after 7 p.m., but tables turn over quickly, and side dishes can be refilled at the self-service bar. Parking is limited to four or five cars in front of the restaurant, which makes parking inconvenient.
