Jikhwabangi

Jikhwabangi is a restaurant in Seoul that serves both bone jjim and gopchang (grilled intestines). The bone jjim comes in a spicy sauce with noodles similar to jjolmyeon, scallion pickles, and rice cakes, and the meat is tender. The gopchang is filled with intestine meat, and daechang (beef large intestine) is also on the menu. The portions are on the small side.
