Jeongwon Gyoja is a home-style restaurant in Seoul that serves hand-made mandu, mandu soup and kalguksu. The mandu are soft because they contain a lot of vegetables and tofu, and the jeyuk deopbap comes with a clean, moderate spicy heat. The kalguksu is served in a broth with a sagol bone flavor, and kongguksu and bibimbap are also on the menu. The thicker parts of the mandu wrapper can be undercooked, or the mandu can burst.
