Jangwoo Daegu Makchang

Jangwoo Daegu Makchang is a restaurant in Seoul that serves domestic chilled makchang, or beef abomasum. The raw makchang is grilled over charcoal and eaten with makjang, and the meal also comes with gyeranjjim and doenjang jjigae. Alcohol is self-service, with customers getting their own drinks. The portions of meat are large enough to eat until full.
