ITALY ÚH-BU

Italy Uh-bu is an Italian and Korean-style Japanese fusion restaurant on the first floor of the Prugio shopping complex in Jamsil, Seoul, serving seafood and wine. It offers haemul ramyeon, mulhoe, grilled mackerel, gambas, and hoe, along with wine. The interior is larger than it appears from outside and includes a separate room. The hoe is cut into pieces that are rather small.
