Ilwoul Gogi

Ilwol Gogi Jamsil 2nd Branch is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Songpa-gu, Seoul, where staff grill samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, and pork jowl. Thick cuts are coated in a soy-based sauce, and cheese, kimchi, garlic, and gosari are grilled along the edge of the griddle. Sets combine samgyeopsal, pork jowl, pork collar, and gabrisal, and staff grill the meat at the table. When the restaurant is busy, there are not enough staff to assist every table.
