Ilhaeng Seoul Gyeonggi Headquarters

Ilhaeng Seoul Gyeonggi Bonbu is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Seoul that grills thick cuts of meat. Samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar are cooked on a cast-iron lid grill with minari, kimchi, and bean sprouts, alongside doenjang rice and yeolmu kimchi noodles. After you order, the owner slices the meat to order and can partially grill it in the open kitchen if requested. The meat is served with wasabi and tonkatsu sauce.
