Ibaejae Jikhwa Ssambap

Ibaejae Jikhwa Ssambap is a Korean restaurant in Seoul, 1.5 km on foot from Munjeong Station, where grilled jeyuk and grilled ojingeo are eaten wrapped in ssam vegetables. It serves deodeok jeyuk bokkeum and ureong ssamjang, and various ssam vegetables are self-refilled without limit. Ssam vegetables, rice, and kalguksu broth and sari are refilled directly, and the kalguksu broth contains barley shrimp and flower crab for a cool, spicy taste. The rice is sticky, which is a drawback for wrapping in ssam.
