Hyangchon Rotary

Hyangchon Rotary is a naengsam buffet restaurant in Songpa-gu, Seoul. The format is naengsam plus a range of other dishes chosen by the diner. Orders start with 300g of naengsam for three people and are placed by QR code. The meat is sliced thin, so the texture is closer to daepae than to naengsam.
