Hoengseongdaeg

Hoengseong Daek is a restaurant in Garak-dong, Seoul, that makes kimchi mandu and meat mandu by hand and serves them in mandu soup and mandu hot pot. The mandu hot pot is cooked with mushrooms and finished with porridge instead of rice. The mandu soup combines kimchi mandu and meat mandu in a broth made from sagol or meat. Dakgalbi, makguksu, yukjeon and jjukkumi bokkeum are also served.
