Hoengseong Hanwoo Chon

Hoengseong Hanu Chon is a Korean beef restaurant in the Garak-dong Family Town shopping complex in Songpa-gu, Seoul. It serves Hanwoo grade 2++ beef, including kkot deungsim, chimasal, and saeng deungsim, grilled at the table in a butcher-restaurant format with chadol doenjang jjigae on the side. Meat is listed in 600g geun units, but orders can be split into two 300g portions of different cuts. Salchisal has heavy marbling and a strong fatty taste.
