Heungdo Sikdang Munjeong Station Branch

Heungdo Sikdang Munjeong Station Branch serves anshim and deungsim donkatsu along with mazesoba near Munjeong Station in Seoul. The anshim is tender, while the deungsim has the meat's own fattiness, and both are eaten with salt and truffle oil. The meat chews softly, and food tends to come out quickly after ordering. A single pair of black latex gloves is used from the donkatsu through to the receipt.
