Heungbugol Sutbul Dwaeji Wang Galbi

Heungbugol Sutbul Dwaeji Wanggalbi is a charcoal grill restaurant selling pork king ribs near the west shore of Seokchon Lake in Seokchon-dong, Seoul. It grills ribs rather than pork collar over charcoal, and staff handle everything from the initial searing to cutting the meat and changing the grill. One portion of pork ribs comes with steamed egg and naengmyeon for dessert, and the dining room is large with many tables. The dessert naengmyeon is small in portion and plain in taste.
